Buffalo Chicken Dip
Everyone loves this when I make it! If you have to travel with it, though, see if you can only cook it halfway and then finish cooking it when you arrive. The oil separates in the hot sauce very quickly and makes it greasy.

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken
With changes (olive oil instead of butter, baking instead of broiling), this is really good.
