Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze
Oh my! These are awesome. Thankfully nobody else in the family likes mushrooms, so I got them all to myself! The only thing was that I couldn't wait for the steak to be ready - and ate all of the mushrooms beforehand. lol I used portabella mushrooms - very tasty! Thank you.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Absolutely easy and delicious! I typically use an eye of round roast or sirloin tip and they always turn out so tender. I use the leftovers with some of the gravy reserved for a fricasee ... basically a stir fry with sliced potatoes, the leftover roast / gravy and a vegetable (beans, carrots or whatever I have on hand).

Potato Chips
I too was skeptical at first and just had to try it ... wow! I can't wait to share this with my husband and kiddies. I used parchment paper right on top of the turntable dish of the microwave. Just keep an eye, because once they start browning it doesn't take to much longer. Thank you for a simple and tasty treat!
