Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Absolutely easy and delicious! I typically use an eye of round roast or sirloin tip and they always turn out so tender. I use the leftovers with some of the gravy reserved for a fricasee ... basically a stir fry with sliced potatoes, the leftover roast / gravy and a vegetable (beans, carrots or whatever I have on hand).
