Beignets

Great recipe. I think that substituting condensed milk for evaporated milk, as one reviewer did, is an excellent choice.

Indian Chicken Curry I

Great recipe. Very tasty and just right with the spices. If you like this you may also like S&B GOLDEN CURRY SAUCE MIX. It is a packaged sauce mix that you just add the meat and potatoes to.

Curried Tilapia with Mango Salsa

The mango and fish combination is great. One variation is to fry the fish and then cook the fish and mango together with gravy.
