Strawberry Salad I
I used spinach instead of the Romaine lettuce. Wonderful! Will certainly make again.

Sweet Potato Rolls
I tried this recipe with pumpkin substituted for the sweet potatoes. It was wonderful. I did use some additional flour. Will certainly make again.

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Muffins
So disappointing. Followed recipe exactly. Batter was entirely too thick. Set timer for 18 minutes. They were too brown on bottom. Cooked second pan for 12 minutes, and they were better. My oven is usually right on track. Very bland, only saving grace was the chocolate. Will not try again - even with changes.
