I really enjoy cooking. I am not much of a baker. I hate measuring. I also enjoy spending time with my 3 grandbabies. They are way too much fun. I like cooking mexican foods and trying new recipies. After I was first married I was a horrible cook, but with many years of pratice I am so much better. My biggest cooking tragedy was the first time I made pork chops I fried them for over an hour, I was afraid they would be undercooked. Needless to say they were horrible. They went in the garbage and we went out to eat.
