Baked Salmon II
So good! Only used 1tbsp of oil per fish, and it was perfect! Will be making again soon.

Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken
This was a fantastic recipe! So easy and quick. I didn't marinate for the full hour, but I'm sure that if I had, it would have only been better. We also ended up grilling the chicken and then cutting into slices to use in a salad. So yum! Will make again and again. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I made this soup for my husband and I and it was a total hit! I used chicken tenders instead of breats, and cooked for 8 hours. The chicken was so tender! I also added cumin and garlic powder as suggested. I used the beer and could not taste it at all... I also added about 12oz. of chicken broth to make it a little more "soupy". If you prefer, you could make it less spicy by using the mild Rotel, but I thought the flavor of the original was just wonderful. Thanks for a great recipe!
