Gyros Burgers
These are really good! I would have loved to make them with lamb, but it is not readily available where we live so I used only beef...I actually used ground beef with only 4% fat and eliminated the bread crumbs. Since I made it into a loaf, baked it, and then sliced it, I did not have any problems with it drying out. The flavor is really great.

Selma's Best Oatmeal Cookies
These are really good, but are more like a sugar cookie than a traditional oatmeal cookie. I liked them, but still prefer the traditional, more cake-like oatmeal cookies. I also added half a cup of flaked coconut to this recipe and it made them extra yummy.

Strawberry Fruit Balls
These are really good. I would recommend making them a little smaller because they are really sweet. I also tried rolling them in coconut (I used pink to maintain the strawberry look), and I liked them more that way. Really good and super easy to make!
