Vegan Chocolate Cake
I loved it: I used the rice flour method and applesauce instead of oil and got something that stuck a lot to the cupcake liners in the muffin pan. I will use the oil next time to make it more moist. I also used a basic frosting with my mint leaves from my garden to create mint extract and a garnish. The chocolate cake and mint frosting made my boyfriend gobble this up! thanks for a lactose free cake!

Curry Beef Stir-Fry
Delicious! Only thing is the 1 teaspoon of curry is really mild even for me who is a wuss for spice... I am going to double it next time. I also used fresh ginger which was very nice and a good splash of hoi sin sauce. I have an idea that 1/8 of chili powder might push this meal into a wow category. Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
I loved that there was no eggs involved! And no Milk! I'm lactose intolerant so I made the change of butter to applesauce and also I'm cutting back on wheat and used rice flour - the result was light but firm bars. Thank you!
