Thai Peanut Noodle Stir-Fry
This was really good. My family liked it. I used 1 T honey and 2 T brown sugar. I didn't have sake, but didn't miss it. Will definitely make again!

Slayer's Sweet, Tangy, and Spicy Kabobs
These were really good! I tripled the recipe and made about 4 dozen. I went light on the cayenne pepper and left out the hot sauce. A nice change from the usual grilled hamburgers. Great flavor!

Lime Cheesecake Pie
This is so easy and delicious. I used fat free cream cheese and it turned out perfectly. Not a very stong lime flavor, which was fine with me. It is even better the next day!
