Slayer's Sweet, Tangy, and Spicy Kabobs
These were really good! I tripled the recipe and made about 4 dozen. I went light on the cayenne pepper and left out the hot sauce. A nice change from the usual grilled hamburgers. Great flavor!

Lime Cheesecake Pie
This is so easy and delicious. I used fat free cream cheese and it turned out perfectly. Not a very stong lime flavor, which was fine with me. It is even better the next day!

Chocolate Chip Pancakes
With 6 kids at our house, we eat lots of pancakes. This is a favorite. I sprinkle the chocolate chips on the batter while it cooks, rather than mix it into the batter. The pancakes are good without the chips as well.
