Uglies
I wanted to try something different and since I had all the items on hand I gave it a shot. It wasn't bad, but nothing special. Tastes like sloppy joes and next time i think ill just make those instead.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Very good soup. Perfect as an appetizer. Don't make too much though because it doesn't taste as good the second day.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
I tried a total of three enchilada recipes and everyone in my family agrees this one was the best. I will only be making this one from now on :-)
