Lemon Bars I
Tangy, sweet and addictive! For a special event, arrange pieces of lemon bar, cherry bars and brownies on large platters. I have served this combination at showers and graduations and always receive many compliments. Enjoy!

Uglies
We do a similar recipe using leftover sloppy joe meat (made with manwich) and spread open face on stale hamburger buns. We lay a half slice of cheese on top and bake them until cheese is melted and meat is warmed. We call them BEEF EATERS and they are well liked.

Caribbean Cruise Stuffed French Toast
I had better luck with stale french bread(the wonder bread was too soft and gushy). We used coconut syrup recipe from this website and it was a tropical breakfast treat. I'll bet banana slices with the cream cheese spread would be good also.
