The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have
We loved this recipe. I was pleasantly surprised because I am not a huge meatball lover. I used italian style bread crumbs instead of the croutons, I doubled the recipe but only put 5 tbsp. worchestershire and 1 tsp. red pepper flakes. I also used the oven method. I baked them at 360 for 20 minutes and then broiled them for 5 minutes. We added them to a jar of classico four cheese spaghetti sauce and made meatball subs. They were amazing.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Although this recipe is not at all figure friendly, it is super good. The sauce that it makes is so good. My friend told me to double it and I was so glad that I did. It made all the more gravy to have with the left overs. When I do it again, I will cut the chicken breast even thinner and still pound it out. I think they would have cooked faster and more even. Excellent.

Almond Lemon Chicken
This was totally different than I expected. It had a great citrus flavor combined with a spice. It reminded me of something that I would get at PF Changs restaurant. I served it with steamed rice and my family loved it.
