Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I have made this so many time I have lost count.I usually make it with Sugar Snap Peas with Mint and Feta Cheese Mashed Potatoes found on here. I use Colby-Jack cheese. Everyone I have EVER made this for (including a few friends who are French) LOVE it. rather then swiss. Also I mix a honey-mustard sauce put it on the chicken then I put the ham and cheese and roll it up.
