Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
I followed this recipe exactly and loved it. I used to by store bought veggie burgers and will make these from now on. I had no problem with the patties not sticking together and I didn't dry my bean or strain the onions, peppers, etc. Loved it.

Lemon Poppy Seed Dessert Cake
I loved this cake and so did every one in my office. I followed the other's advice and used only 1/3 c. poppy seeds, which was plenty. I also used fat free vanilla pudding and light cool whip and it turned out great. They want me to make this again!!!
