Seafood And Cabbage Salad

Terrifical! Didn't have red cabbage so substituted grated carrots. Added green onions, raisins, some almonds for crunch. Used real crab, but think surimi would be perfectly ok. Great for hot summer evenings when you don't want to heat up the kitchen. Will do it again.

Fish Tacos

Terriffic sauce. Used frozen breaded chicken patties instead of fish. Worked quite well. Went heavy on jalapeno and spices, made the sauce early and let it marry in the fridge for three hours to blend the tastes. Used double tortillas and heated them on the flame. Delicious experience. Shall do this again.

Added some sliced mushrooms, and a couple of glugs of Sherry. Didn't have any tomato sauce, so used catsup. Worked out great. Will definitely do this again.

Added mushrooms and slivered almonds to sauce. Very good, but a bit bland. Next time will add the dijon as suggested by previous reviewers. Might want to try the sauce on bonless, skinless chicken breasts.
