I love crab rangoons but can't always find them at local restaurants. This recipe was SO easy and absolutely delicious!

I'm not a stellar chef, so I was looking for the simplest chow mein recipe possible. I was astounded by how easy and good this was! My sister who never eats restaurant chow mein loved it and even took left overs to work! It was a little "yellow" because of condensed cream of chicken and we were skeptical, but it was better than any local chow mein we've had. I added bean sprouts and a little diced red and green peppers. It was a big hit!
