Cheesy Pork Chop Casserole
Sauce was a bit runny, potatoes not cooked completely overall a bit bland.

Lap Salad
I added sesame oil and cashews and the packet of spice from the ramen to give it more taste, but it was still too blah for me.

Chewy Coconut Cookies
I added extra vanilla (a tablespoon) and extra coconut. The recipe is a bit small, so I always double it. A new favorite! Yum!
