Spiced Butternut Squash Soup

excellent - did add more spices. Sometimes I also add a can of pureed northern beans and/or some chicken to make a complete meal. Excellent!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Excellent and everyone loved it. I left out the chicken for the vegetarians in the bunch. Also used crumbly blue cheese instead of mozzarella and classic Franks.. I thought the proportions were exactly right.

Apricot Marinated Eye of Round Roast

This was relatively boring. I bought an eye of round by mistake, so it certainly served the purpose of using the cut, but I won't be running out for another eye of round to use with this recipe

Hearty Whole Wheat Cookies

I have made a million cookies, and have my favorite recipes... haven't tried a new one in a long time, so this was a big risk. :) These were fantastic! I wanted a cookie with wheat flour texture and density combined with the smoothness of chocolate. This fit the bill. I used 1/2 the amount of regular sized chocolate chips and finely chopped pecans instead of peanuts. Also, I cut the recipe in half, but used two eggs, so they might be a little denser than the original recipe. I will definitely make these again
