I used to hate cooking. By hate, I really mean absolutely hate. Since I have two boys that are growing bigger by the day, and their appetites are growing with them, I thought it was high time I embraced the fact that I was either going to have to learn to cook, or it was takeout and t.v. dinners forever. I didn't want my kids to have to eat like that(my husband doesn't care- he just wants food - LOL) , so.... I have been searching for easy recipes and 'testing' them on the family. So far, the recipes I've tried from this site have been a hit. And in the process, I have begun to enjoy cooking. Especially when I get rave reviews from my boys. My oldest actually cleaned his plate one night and said, " Mom, thank you for that delicious supper". If that wasn't incentive to carry on, I don't know what is! I wouldn't say I 'love' cooking yet, but I'm just a beginner.
