Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes
I have made these 3 times since the holidays. I have been able to please even the fussiest eaters. To my surprise, a close relative even had 2 helpings, and NO ONE cooks better than her.just ask her ! LOL

Classic Whole Wheat Bread
I am sure my dislike is mostly my fault. I used more whole wheat flour than white. I made the mistake by following others advice on some issues, so my bread ended up being broken up for the birds! My husband is a "must have bread at every meal" man, and he didn't eat 1 slice. Also found with such high heat, the bread was a little to dark.

English Tea Cakes
Ever so buttery, and delicate ! My mother in law is English.I can't wait till I give her my cookie tray this year...DE....LISH..
