Outstanding. I used a little more spinach, cheese and one extra egg and it came out perfect. I also used a blend of swiss and muenster which worked well together. Fabulous recipe. I will definitely make this again.

Cheesy Sausage Zucchini Casserole

plyuck -- If you're going to make this recipe do not use the processed cheese. It ruined the dish. Other than that though, I enjoyed the combination of sausage and zucchini very much.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I have limited kitchen utensils so this dish was perfect. I substituted Gouda and Brie cheese for cheddar but it was still delicious, I think it's one of those recipes that is virtually impossible to mess up.
