Spaghetti Carbonara II
Simply delicious and very easy to make. Make sure you have a VERY large frying pan when you get ready to toss around the veggies and a pound of spaghetti while trying to cook 4 eggs. That's the roughest part but I think my skillet was just on the lower end of just-big-enough category.

Bob Evans(R) Sausage Corn Chowder
needs more spice... It tastes great, but I thought the sausage would add more to it than it did. dressing it up with some herbs and something spicy would make it even better.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
Very Good but noting exceptional about it. I'd cook it again because it's relatively cheap and very easy... but probably not for guests.
