Pecan Pie V
My husband said this is the best pecan pie he has ever eaten. I thought it was very good too but it confused my taste buds since it had a different consistency. I'm sure I will get used to it though. I made it in a large glass pie pan and should have used a smaller one.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
My family loved these! What a great change from ground beef. Will use this one again.

Mexican Lasagna
This recipe is the bomb! My husband loved it and ask that it be a regular. I also spread refried beans on the tortilla's before layering. I split it up in two pans (there are only two of us) and gave the others to some friends. They loved it too. We even ate all the leftovers.
