i am 17, i want to become a photographer. i am going to live in france after college(life long dream.)and yes i know french. my favorite type foods are italian and french. i'll usually try any food once but, raw things like oysters. i like to cook big dinners for my family and it makes me feel like i am a chef at a 5 star restaurant.

i lke tho bake a lot. that is my specialty. and i like to cook mostly posta dishes, like chicken parmigiana.

thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are big in my family. we make every dessert ever made,almost.

i don't know what to say for here. i'm not a chef so i don't think i have had any perfect victorys.
My cooking tragedies
the first lime i made french toast. we didn't have regular bread so i used thick italian bread, that i cut in half. i had the heat up to high and wasn't paying attention and the bred had caught on fire. no more tv while cooking for me.
