I'm an English teacher by day, mom and wife by night. Not a lot of time for culinary wonders so I like easy stuff that has a lot of flavor! I do live in the South so spice is nice! I love casseroles. Throwing things together and getting something delicious in 30 minutes is heaven. I also love cooking anything Italian. The smells are wonderful. I make an awesome lasagna. None really. I've just stolen my mom's recipes. My lasagna. Everyone raves about it. Thanks to this website, I've become a better cook. I've tried so many recipes that I wouldn't have before. My husband enjoys that:) I'm not a good baker (as in desserts). About the only thing I can handle is a batch of brownies!
