Baked Pesto Chicken

Definitely a five star chicken recipe. The only change I made was to use sundried tomatoes in place of reg. My cooking times was 20 minutes total.

This is so easy and delicious I don't intend to find another chili recipe. This is it. I also replaced one can of soup with diced tomatoes as well replace kidney beans for chili beans.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

I used the exact directions to cook my eye-of-round steak (important to note that this recipe is for this type of cut). I just changed the rub...used the herb rubbed sirloin roast recipe. Was DELICIOUS and tender. May reduce to 6 min. per pound/2 hours next time for fun.
