Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas
So amazing. I also used 1 can of each bean an seasoned my meat. Easy and great 'make ahead' dish

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Amazing...made as written except they were gone before I was able o frost them. I think I will try a cream cheese frosting with them the next time I make them.
