Chicken and Tomato Angel Hair
Waste of a meal. As is it lacks total flavor. But even after trying to salvage the meal with some herbs and spices, it still came out lousy. The broth makes it way too soupy and it just tasted like eating some pan-chicken on noodles with a lot of watery broth. Definitely *not* a keeper.

Easy Yet Romantic Filet Mignon
I was wary about rubbing the steaks down in oil - and rightly so - the olive oil burnt up in the broiler and smoked up my entire apartment. And while my apartment now smells like steak when I walk in - it wasn't worth having to throw open all my doors and windows for. Otherwise bacon and shallots were a good addition. Thankfully the oil didn't burn the steaks and wreck the meal.

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
All around excellent recipe - great with chicken! I went ahead and sliced up some chicken breasts and fried them in olive oil. Then I just mixed everything (pasta, chicken, and cheese/tomato/oil mixture) together in one bowl and doled it out. The tomato-basil feta is a must - it adds so much flavor to the meal. If you can find it, it's definitely worth using. Great recipe, I'll definitely cook it again. My girlfriend loved it.
