Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
We make this stuffing every year and think it's the best. We brine our turkey using Alice Water's recipe from Chez Panisse. Since the turkey is so moist, I reduce the amount of liquid I add to the stuffing. Otherwise, it gets a little soggy. Super yummy!
