I started cooking at the age of 12 for a Italian resturant on Ocean Beach Fire Island off the the coast of Long Island. I was the youngest cookk in the kitchen and than at the age of 14 became the kitchen head serving approximately 400-500 dinner entress a night.. I love soul food
