About this Cook
I am a stay at home mother of 3 lovely little girls. When time permits, I love to roll up my sleeves and cook from scratch, never really cared much for the box stuff!
My favorite things to cook
I love anything with tomatoes in it. Especially grilled! I am also getting better and better at mexican food dishes, and breads :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't do it often enough, but when I was younger I could remember having biscuits and gravy on Sunday mornings! Oh I loved it! Such a treat :)
My cooking triumphs
I have finally made a decent lazagna...now lets see if I can do it again!
My cooking tragedies
Well, as much as I love french bread I have to say I tend to cook it to a crisp or catch it on fire...he he, but I am slowly getting better and better at it!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Wow, this was to die for! Had chocolate chips all throughout it topped with chocolate and raspberries! It definately took some willpower to only have one slice...

Mexican Zucchini Cheese Soup
Used chili pepper flakes instead of canned chilles. It was fabulous!
