I'm a registered nurse and work 7p-a so I don't get the chance to cook as often as I'd like. I have 3 teenagers at home (17, 18 and 19!) so they are my guinea pigs. My Mom is Italian and is an awesome cook (also a Master Chef). She can pull anything out of the fridge and make it into a casserole! OMG...this horrible african soup recipe I made. It had veggies and peanut butter in it..just awful.
