Quick Greek Pasta Salad with Steak

Cashew Turkey Pasta Salad
Sweeter than I was expecting, but still really good. The salty cashews help to cut down on the sweetness. The bell pepper and celery add a really nice crunch, so I would probably add more next time. Also, the recipe calls for a large amount of turkey compared to the other ingredients, but it really is needed to soak up all the dressing. The only substitutions I made were using plain pasta instead of tricolor and a red bell pepper instead of green. This would be really good on a salad or if the pasta was left out on a sandwhich. Thank you for the recipe.

Ginger Steak
I was surprised by how much I liked this recipe. It was very easy and I had all the ingredients on hand. I used low sodium soy sauce, left out the salt, and used half the amount of basil and pepper as I was only making 2 steaks and do not like too much seasoning. I can not wait to make this again!

THE Pasta Salad
Very good! Tastes like a deviled egg with the combo of hard-boiled egg, mayo, and paprika. I used “Pico Pica” hot sauce and “French’s” yellow mustard, and the flavors were surprisingly good together. I will definitely be making this again.
