Fried Potatoes
Surprisingly good for such a quick and easy recipe. As another review suggested, I added some paprika for a little more flavor and color. These potatoes were wonderful! I cooked them without the onion, only because I didn't have one on hand, and they were still great. No leftovers for these potatoes! Thanks for the recipe.

Fantastic Black Bean Chili
I made this strictly for my boyfriend because I am not a chili eater, or at least, I wasn't until I tried this. I hate the way black beans look, so I only used 1 can and 2 cans red beans. I went with the other reviews and used 28 oz. of the crushed tomatoes and added a little extra garlic and some red pepper flakes. It was amazing! My boyfriend loved it and he knows his chili! I was even tempted to try it and to my surprise, it was quite good with some saltines mixed in. Not too spicy, but had just enough kick. I found the flavors mixed well together after cooking for 4-5 hours. Very good recipe that I'll use again!

Double Tomato Bruschetta
I was suprised by how good these were! My boyfriend can't stand the taste of tomatoes if they're uncooked, so I wasn't how sure he would enjoy these, but he loved 'em! The only thing I would change about the recipe for next time is to leave out the sun-dried tomatoes. I included them because so many reviews said they really make the dish, but I didn't think they were that good. They made the mix a little too oily (or it just could have been my imagination after seeing them packed in that oil) and most people ended up picking them off anyway. Otherwise, though, it was a fantastic recipe that I'll definitely be making in the future! Thanks for sharing!
