I am mom to two awesome little girls, wife to my high school sweetheart. I usually make quick easy dinners for the family. It's always difficult to make everyone happy, so when I hit the jackpot I am really happy. I have been in charge of Christmas dinner for the last 3 years. Cheesecakes, they are my favorite! I also make a great lasagna, homemade pizza, lo mein, and fried rice. My husband's all time favorite is pollo con queso (don't tell him but it's amazingly easy chicken dish). Some of our staples are banana bread and pumpkin bread. Nothing too tragic, trying a new recipe is always a gamble. Sometimes they pay off some times not so much.
