I admit I was a little worried about them when I saw how loose the dough was after mixing everything. It was definately not a consistancy that would work for rolling in sugar, so I just did them as drop cookies from a tablespoon (I don't have the patience for chilling dough). They came out perfect and delicious! I will make a change next time to at least double the clove, I like my ginger cookies with a bit more bite.
