Creamy Blueberry Pie
This was exceptionally good! I am not a big fan of blueberries, but made it exactly as written for company and it got rave reviews, including from me.

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Very unusual and delicious. Took quite a while to chop/dice the fruit, but it was worth it
