Honey Flaked Chicken
I just made this, it isn'e even done yet, but so far I am disappointed, the honey mixture just rolled off the flour. I made a huge mess just trying to get the honey mixture onto the chicken. I am going to flip halfway through baking to hopefully prevent soggy cornflakes. Oh, and I crushed my cornflakes too.

Nic's Easiest, Creamiest Macaroni and Cheese
I thought this one was really good. My 2 yr old daughter and 1 yr old son loved it. That's all it takes to get a good rating out of me, my kids are very picky eaters. I, however, actually liked this recipe also. I prefer my mac and chesse with extra butter, salt and pepper, but this was actually pretty good. I will definitely make it again.

Ramen Noodle Frittata
I tried this recipe and it was really surprisingly good. I do not like ramen, but I made this for the kids. I sauteed green bell peppers and onions in the butter and added a can of chicken breast and seasoned it all with seasoning salt and pepper. The kids loved it (I had to put ketchup on my 2 yr old's). But it was a good way to get them to eat veggies and it actually tasted really good. I'm very satisfied and the kids are too!
