Exquisite Pizza Sauce
I leave out the anchovy paste, but that is just a personal preference.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
To make this a healthier dish I will sometimes subistute the cream for milk or do half milk, half cream. This dish has become a stable in our household!
