I was trying a new recipe for company and I had all the ingredients out and I burned up the recipe! Literally put the recipe to close to the burner and up in smoke it went. Had to adlib the meal, it was still tasty.

Turkey Shepherd's Pie
easy and delicious way to use up leftovers. I forgot to add the corn and it was still wonderful.

Potato and Bacon Salad
This is the best potato salad I have made. Make it a day ahead so the flavors meld. You won't be disappointed.
