Whipped Sweet Potato Casserole
These are amazing. My family has decided that this isthe ONLY way they will eat sweet potato anymore. I followed the recipe to a T, except doubled. They were delicious. A little sweet, but not too bad.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup
Great soup. I roasted some carrots and celery and added that to the soup. I really liked this recipe. will use again
