German Apple Pancake
I enjoyed this - the flavors were very interesting. I used a slightly smaller pan, which made a thicker pancake. This made it taste a little more egg-like I beleive and would have been better if a little thinner.

Funnel Cakes IV
Make sure you add enough oil to your pan to allow the cake to float slightly. These turned out great - just like at the fail!

Hasty Chocolate Pudding
I've never made pudding before - it was very easy and yummy. A great way to get your chocholate groove on without much work.
