Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Great cake-like cookie, did the usual substitution 1/2 applesauce; 1/2 margarine or butter, and added 2 cups grated zucchini. Turned out great, really nice change from all the zucchini bread! I stuck some cranberries in the tops of the last batch, wish I would have done that from the start! Great recipe; Thanks!

Purple Plum Pie
I had never even HEARD of a plum pie, but my neighbor gave us a bag of seriously overripe small plums from her tree; and THIS WAS AWESOME! The color, taste, everything was perfect; I followed the recipe exactly. I can't WAIT to get plums next year! THANKS!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
This is the recipe my 14 year uses when she wants to impress her dad; easy, few ingredients and come out perfect every time! Bravo!
