About this Cook
I am a teenage girl living in New Jersey. My family loves cooking and baking so I guess there talent has rubbed of on me. :) I love to bake, and in my house there is always dessert.
My favorite things to cook
MY favorite things to cook are cookies, cakes, muffins, and just about anything else that involves baking.
My cooking triumphs
I remember when I was making eclair. I thought it would be so hard, the ones in the pictures looked sooo good! I worked so hard on those eclairs and in the end they turned out awesome.
My cooking tragedies
I was making a cookie with blueberrys (my most favorite fruit), and I forgot to put in baking powder. The cookies turned out HORRIBLE. They were flat and tasted like dirt. Blueberries are still my favorite fruit but I will never make cookies with blueberries again. :)

Coconut Macaroons II
These are the best macaroons I've ever tasted. They are so easy to make, and they taste delicious. I keep getting asked to make more!

Apple Oatmeal Cookies I
These cookies were delicious, they seemed too sticky at first so I added 1/4 cup flour extra. They turned out great and the whole family loved them. I will definitely make them again.
