Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
Normally i look at the reviews before i make something i really wish i would have this time.. 2 eggs is way too much.. next time i will only be using 1 egg and about a 3/4 cup extra flour. I had thrown in a tsp baking powder and it did rise nicely but had a really eggy taste.

Black and White Pinwheels
I always read the reviews before i use on of the recipes here. I followed the recipe exact for the most part. I used only half of the amount of chocolate and instead of leaving one half plain i mixed melted white chocolate in with it. The chocolate was a little thinner than the white chocolate so i rolled the white chocolate layer out and then spread the chocolate overtop and then rolled into a tube. After about 15 mins in the fridge they were ready to cut. And they baked perfectly. So to all those who said chocolate makes it too brittle you have to cut them right away.... they are not overnight cookies if they were they would say black and white overnight cookies. Everyone loved these cookies they didn't even make it to the next day!!!

Regular Chicken Soup
I had this crazy idea of inviting my family over for chicken soup instead of having a normal house warming party. Decided to try this recipe it really is simple and easy to make. I also changed the recipe a little though. I used raw diced up chicken for the extra flavor and the richness from the little bit of fat in it. I also threw a bay leaf (mom said so) and some fresh parsley in. I used the classic lipton style noodles for the soup. I had to triple the recipe since i have a large family and noticed i didn't need as much carrot and celery as stated but with alot of extra water it turned out great. I ended up with 2 army sized pots full of soup and it was definatly a hit because there is not a single bowl leftover.
