My picky children really liked this so it is a keeper. I made it just as directed, except I omitted the butter on the bottom of the cookie sheet. I also used SmartBalance instead of butter on the top.

Very good. Made it for a SuperBowl Party and it was a hit. Really does taste like the sandwich.

We love this recipe. It is so simple and the kids love pulling apart the bread to eat it. My 4 year old helps by shaking the dough with the cinnamon sugar. I do flip it over before it cools so that the sugar mixture seeps all the way through. I also use a tube pan and have never had a problem with the sauce leaking as one reviewer did.
