Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
My husband calls these heaven :) I used brown sugar instead of white. I also decreased the oil to 1/4 cup and used 3/4 cup of sour cream instead of yogurt and added 1/4 cup of milk. I baked them at 325 for 15 minutes. Prefect!

I would give this six stars if I could. Mind you, I did make some changes. My husband doesn't like shrimp so I used three cooked chicken breasts instead. I ground them into flaked chicken in the food processor then increased the sour cream to 1- 1 1/2 cups. The sauce was good, but if I ever want to cut down on time I think I might just use Classico Alfredo sauce and I think it could be delicious (I might also sautee some mushrooms, onions, and garlic to add to the sauce). I used chicken broth instead of the white whine and just used the swiss on top as well since I didn't want to buy two kinds of cheese.

TOBLERONE-Topped Caramel Cheesecake
My husband and guests loved this! Huge hit! I also stirred about 3/4 cup of broken oreos into the batter. I didn't do a standard water bath as some suggested, instead i filled a 9 x 13 pan about 1/3 of the way with water, then put it on the rack just below the cheescake. When the top started to turn golden brown I covered it with foil. I followed the advice to turn the oven off, leave the door open and let cool for an hour. Next time ill try reese peanut butter cups.
