Potato Cheese Soup
Everyone loved it! I added 1 cup of shredded cheese, because we love cheese and I recommend not adding any salt because Velveeta and the cheese are both salty. But this is a hit. Easy and reheats well, even in the microwave.

Skyline Chili I
hubby loved it (though he added some tobasco sauce). Easy and tasty. Everyone is right though it is watery. I'd not add the water at all next time.

Cincinnati Chili I
With some tweaking (too vinegary until I added extra sugar, chili powder, and water) this was a huge hit. No left overs. :) I served it with chili beans, cheese, and onions over spaghetti.
