Chicken Tortilla Soup V
Awesome, I cooked chicken tenders since that is what I had and added 1/2 can of black beans and used canned corn. In the bowls sprinkled cilantro and put chunks of avocado in, will make this alot this winter!!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Yummy, used real pumpkin, 1/2 c oil, 1/2 c applesauce and 2 c white sugar and 1c brown. so moist and delicious

Shepherd's Pie VI
LOVE this, added Worcestershire sauce to meat. Mashed carrots and potatoes together, just to use one less pot, and added a layer of peas. Awesome.
