Gingerbread Waffles
I just made these for me and my husband. I haven't even had a bite yet but my hubby just ran down the stairs after eating his (he ate the whole thing!) and proclaimed, "This is the best waffle in the history of the universe!" and he doesn't even LIKE waffles! I added the sliced bananas and real whipped cream. Be sure not to overcook them. Take them out when the steam is almost gone. I like ginger things SUPER gingerie - so next time I'll probably add more ground ginger. YUM!

Thai Sweet Sticky Rice With Mango (Khao Neeo Mamuang)
Perfect and authentic! I spent a month in Thailand last year and this recipe tastes EXACTLY like what we had there. I didn't use the topping sauce though because I couldn't get the right consistency with the corn starch. It didn't even need it though..I also used canned mangos because up here in NH we didn't have access to fresh ones. SO DELICIOUS!

Asian Barbequed Steak
I think the key ingredient here is what kind of chili sauce one uses. I used a plain bottle that simply said, "Chili Sauce" and it didn't come out spectacular. Next time I will use an Asian chili sauce with more kick. Still delicious though!
